1. Return Policy (7 Days)
Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
The product must be:
Unused, unwashed, and unworn

In its original condition with all tags and packaging intact
Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns will not be accepted for:
Used or damaged products
Products without original tags or packaging
Items returned after 7 days
Returns if approved, Exchange will be initiated and processed.

2. Exchange Policy (Size Exchange Only)
Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery.
Exchange is applicable only for size-related issues.

Exchange is subject to:
Product being unused and in original condition

No exchanges will be allowed for:
Color change
Design or style change

Exchange Request Process
To initiate a exchange, customers must contact us within the eligible period with:
Order ID
Reason for exchange
Supporting images if requested

Return Charges of exchange.
Prepaid Orders: ₹100 reverse shipping fee will be charged.

COD Orders: ₹100 forward shipping charge (non-refundable) + ₹100 reverse shipping fee charged.
Total deduction: ₹200 per return request

Exchange time frame – If approved, the exchanged product will be delivered within 7 days

3. Refund Policy
Refunds are not applicable for returned or exchanged products.
Refunds will be processed only in cases of duplicate transactions, where:
The customer is charged more than once for the same order
A technical payment error results in multiple debits

4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds (duplicate transactions only) will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on the bank or payment gateway.
